Crawlspace, footings, rebar, and forms. All the prep work ahead of concrete.
CONCRETE
Crawlspace, monolithic slab and stairs poured.
OUTDOOR PREPARATION
Outdoor space drainage, grading, and tamping. Prepping the exterior ahead of concrete.
As well as plumbing and electrical for new outdoor kitchen and covered porch.
STAMPED CONCRETE
Outdoor space, concrete pour with optimal residential fiber, color stain, and calcium additives for ideal curation during cold weather.
PREP FOR INSTALATION
Outdoor space, powder release applied and now doing our custom concrete stamp work for our clients.
OUTDOOR
Outdoor space, sealant applied to the brand new stamped and stained concrete.
BATHROOM DETAILS
All inspections completed. Full new wet room with a foldout bench, shower, toilet, sink, and storage. Heated and cooled.
Covered porch with an outdoor kitchen, sink, and beverage cooler.
FURNITURE & APPLIANCES
Outdoor living, fans, TV, sound system, and infrared heaters for those fall/winter months.
