BATHROOM RENDER
Due to the conversion of the old bathroom into a pantry, a new fully functional powder room has been meticulously designed for construction in an unused hallway space.
BEFORE
DURING
The process involved closing off existing vents, constructing new walls to define the space, installing two access doors for convenience, and completing extensive plumbing and electrical work to ensure the functionality and safety of the new powder room.
AFTER
The completed bathroom, ingeniously situated in the once-unused hallway space, is a transformative addition to the home, enhancing its functionality and appeal. With its strategic placement, the new bathroom optimizes the layout of the house, making previously unused space both practical and valuable.
PANTRY RENDER
Transforming an old bathroom adjacent to the kitchen into a spacious pantry, accessible directly from the kitchen area.
Before
demolishing the outdated bathroom, closing off the existing door, and crafting a new arched opening to seamlessly integrate the expanded pantry space into the kitchen area.
AFTER
After the construction, the former bathroom has been beautifully transformed into a spacious pantry conveniently connected to the kitchen.
